Going for long walks in our beautiful nature, gazing out into the Black Forest in the distance, pacifying ones thoughts, finding a beautiful spot on our property for a relaxing meditation, simply having the time to read an inspiring or entertaining book, enjoying simplicity and nature, being free from the entanglements of smartphones, computers and the internet. Discovering the limits of one's personal capacities before we overburden ourselves - all this we can offer you also with competent coaching assistance.
