As a service supplier we are responsible for our own contents of this website according to § 7 section 1 TMG of general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we, as a service supplier, are not responsible to monitor others informations provided to us or saved on this website or to research any circumstances which might point to  some illegal activities of other persons.

The obligations to remove or to block the use of informations according to general laws are untouched by this. Any liability is only possible from the point of time of being made aware of any concrete infringement of rights. As soon as we become aware of a legal violation we will remove such contents immediately.
